craniosacral therapy
Unwinding the body to be a bridge between creation and Earth
energetic body workCraniosacral therapy is listening to the cranio rhythm of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and central nervous system into the pelvis. The cranio rhythm is the primary respiratory movement of our nervous system which is physically touched to desensitize the emotional tensions and lack of mobility due to stress.

cranial waveGentle touch is used to detect and balance the body’s “cranial wave” pulsing through the central nervous system to unwind restriction, trauma and pain. Stillness and unwinding create an altered state of consciousness for healing. This state of mystical trance accesses internal wisdom.
|
what to expectSessions are performed in a quiet peaceful setting, fully clothed. Gentle manual techniques create pulsing and warmth in the body and are deeply relaxing, restorative and transcendental. Common experiences include psychedelic images, sounds, past experiences, opening of innate intelligence and ancestral wisdom. No two sessions are alike.

for newborns & babiesOccasionally the birth process can generate central nervous system abnormalities. This therapy unwinds abnormal head shape, skull-bone override, digestion issues, colic, breastfeeding and latch issues. Gentle touch is used to monitor the rhythm of the fluid that is flowing around the baby's central nervous system to unwind restriction in the baby's head, neck, jaw and body. Sessions are performed with the parent(s) present.

"The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize at the center of the universe dwells the great spirit, and that its center is really everywhere, it is within each of us.”
